Cancellation policy

IMK must be informed about cancellations in written form until September 30, 2018. We will be able to reimbruse 50% of the congress fees. After October 1, 2018 no refunds will be made.

Confirmation of participation

Attendants will receive an electronic confirmation of participation per e-mail after completing a questionnaire regarding the scientific content and the organization of the meeting.
